At our tea-themed party this past Saturday, we served the following:
Cucumber sandwiches
Curried chicken salad sandwiches
Turkey bacon, tomato, and cream cheese sandwiches
Fruit and yogurt parfaits
Veggies with hummus
Atkins Farms apple cider donuts
Chocolates with cashews and cranberries
Teapot shaped gingerbread cut-out cookies with purple icing
A teapot-shaped pound cake (using marshmallow fondant) with a matching teacup cake
Raspberry-oatmeal mini muffins with chocolate chips
Brie, cheddar, peach jam, and crackers
And naturally there was tea, coffee, cider, and soda for beverage selections. The cider was also from Atkins Farms.
